It is made from a blend of wine Gaglioppo, Merlot e Cabernet. After a controlled teperature maceration and a light refinement in wood, it is bottled in the next spring, preserving the caracteristics of freshness, but with an evident character of fullness and softness.
A wine of entrance, easy to combine to the dishes of the Mediterranian kitchen where the flavour of ripe fruit, sour cherry and spiced enhance the taste of these typical dishes.
