Serra Barbara

Obtained from Gaglioppo and Sangiovese grapes cultivated from our vineyards in Strongoli with a north-westerly exposure. After the maceration of the peel at low temperature and a refinement of the fine sediment, there arises the following characteristics which comes about from being honed in casks. A ruby red wine in colour, with the bouquet of almonds and a hint of spice. The taste is fresh, full, smooth and harmonic.
Excellent served with cold meats, roasts and even fish.
