However, in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, also due to their repetitiveness, the Owner may charge a reasonable fee, in light of the administrative costs incurred to manage the request or, otherwise, deny satisfaction of the request. 7. Data retention

The data will be stored in paper and/or electronic/computer form and for the time strictly necessary to satisfy the purposes indicated in point 2. In any case for a period not exceeding 24 months, except in the case of time regulatory provisions which provide otherwise or until the revocation of consent expressed by the interested party. For direct marketing and profiling purposes, data will be retained for the maximum period established by applicable law (24 and 12 months respectively). Invoices, accounting documents and transaction data are kept for 10 years in accordance with the law (including tax obligations).
