Made from “Pecorello” grapes, an indigenous grape variety which is found mainly in Calabria. It ferments and ages in large wooden barrels. It represents a return to the origins: a journey back in time that has allowed us to create a unique product. Its name is translated from the ancient Greek “Őίs” which means “sheep” and it’s a tribute to our ancestors. The white nectar you are about to drink contains the essence of our land and our history.
