The company assets are represented by a total of 40 hectares of which 20 hectares are cultivated with olive trees for the production of DOP oil and 20 hectares dedicated to vineyards. Furthermore, the transformation activity includes another 35 hectares of the suppliers' vineyards, but under strict supervision of the company.

vineyards are cultivated with the most careful agronomic techniques. They have a strategic location characterized by a splendid hilly terrace exposure overlooking the sea, heated by a mild and temperate climate for long months of the year. The vines that characterize the production are represented by the native Gaglioppo, Magliocco, Greco Nero, Malvasìa Bianca, Greco Bianco, Pecchello and Sangiovese and the international vines Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer. In the awareness that only the direct control of all production processes ensures that global quality which is at the origin of all great wines, the company has decided to enhance its products, completing the production cycles with direct and controlled transformation. The production facilities are in line with modern needs, necessary for the production of an excellent quality product. To achieve ambitious goals, the company makes use of qualified consultancy in the university scientific and research sector. The processing of the grapes takes place in the company cellar which covers an area of ​​2900 m600 of which 10 are completely underground at a depth of XNUMX m. The oak barrels and barrique are housed in these rooms. In the creation of the cellar, great importance was given to new technologies in the field of winemaking, maturation and aging, creating a well-equipped analysis and microvinification laboratory. In the production line there are vintage IGT red wines and barreled reserves for short, medium and long periods; Furthermore, the production of IGT red wines and international red wines, conceived with cutting-edge winemaking technologies.
