R01 Bianco

Bianco IGT Calabria Extra Dry Sparkling Wine

Obtained from white Malvasia grapes grown in our Strongoli vineyards with north-east exposure. The wine is refermented in an autoclave for approximately three months, reaching a pressure of approximately 4,0 atm with a residual sugar of 12 g/litre. It has a straw yellow color and a scent of hot bread crust. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with white meats, oily fish and shellfish.

R01 Rosè

Extra Dry Sparkling Rosé

Obtained from Gaglioppo grapes grown in our Strongoli (KR) vineyards with espalier training and north-east exposure, on clay-limestone soil 200 meters above sea level. After a brief cold maceration of the crushed grapes, the clarified must is fermented at a controlled temperature. Characterized by an amber pink color resulting from short maceration, a rose scent, a persistent perlage as well as a full and soft taste. It goes well with Mediterranean fish-based dishes, very well with raw fish dishes.

Balhoo

Sparkling White

The wine is refermented in an autoclave for approximately three months, reaching a pressure of approximately 4.0 atm with a residual sugar of 12 g/litre. It has a straw color and a scent of white flowers and citrus notes. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with first courses based on fish, oily fish and shellfish.
